In this role, you'll be responsible for providing live chat support to our customers, helping them resolve their issues quickly and kindly using a browser-based interface and a library of support templates.
What You'll Do Each Shift
As a full stack customer chat agent, you'll be responsible for: - Responding to customer questions via real-time live chat - Helping users reset passwords, track orders, and manage subscriptions - Offering links to help center content, promo codes, and account settings - Using templates and macros to maintain fast, consistent replies - Logging conversation summaries and tagging issue types in the support system - Escalating technical or billing concerns to internal teams

Pay & Scheduling Breakdown
Starting wage is $25/hour. After 30 shifts and a review of satisfaction and response metrics, most agents move to $30–$35/hr. You'll select your shifts each week via a scheduling dashboard. Available blocks include early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight hours—7 days a week. Minimum commitment is 15 hours/week.
Training & Onboarding
- 2 hours of instructional video content - Simulated chat practice - First shift with optional live support - Full activation within 72 hours for most hires
Shift Preview
Your Tuesday shift runs from 10 AM to 3 PM. You handle 5–7 chats per hour, helping users with missing promo codes, delayed orders, and login issues. You copy/paste prewritten solutions, tweak them where needed, and escalate one tricky issue to billing. After a short break, you finish your session feeling productive—and never once touched a phone.
