Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, and delivering food to customers * Cleaning the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant * Processing payments efficiently and handling customer transactions * Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food * Multitasking and working under pressure to meet customer demands * Collaborating with other team members to ensure continuity of service and achieve sales goals * Aligning with arenaflex culture by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 16 years old * To have excellent verbal and written communication skills * To be able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds * To be able to kneel, bend, twist or stoop * To be able to ascend or descend stairs * To be able to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) * To be able to show up to scheduled shifts on time * To have a high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of food safety procedures and protocols * Certification in food safety or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment * Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
