Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing our computer system to process customer orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Processing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records using our computer system
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and utilize our computer system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment

  • Experience working with a computer system, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training preferred

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service
