Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
- Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements
