Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and working closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with permits, accounting, and rebates
  • Interacting with vendors and building strong relationships with them

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits

As an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $18-$22/hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. You'll also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
