Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding service to arenaflex customers by phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, handling reservations, and resolving issues
  • Offering assistance with flight status inquiries, baggage claims, and general travel-related questions
