Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our team. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data within our systems. You'll work closely with our Sales Team to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing data, and collaborate to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry & Management: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
• Data Validation & Quality Control: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction. Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the Sales Team. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
• Process Improvement: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs. Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Proven Experience: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus. If you have a background in sales or lead qualification, you'll be able to bring valuable insights and expertise to our team.
