Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between staff, students, and parents, providing exceptional support and guidance
  • Handling all incoming calls, including new client inquiries, existing client concerns, and taking messages
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to Directors, including staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor matters
  • Developing, implementing, and perfecting office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Reading and responding to all work-related emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact
  • Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules
  • Scheduling appointments for Directors and ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date
  • Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and reports
  • Supporting sales and production efforts by providing administrative support
  • Posting company-related content on social media platforms to engage with our audience
  • Sending communication, such as thank-you notes and referral gifts, to clients and partners
  • Reviewing upcoming daily and weekly schedules with Directors to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Participating in staff meetings as needed to stay informed and contribute to team discussions
  • Ensuring that the company's public image is consistent and in line with our branding
  • Providing marketing assistance to support our outreach and engagement efforts

Education Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Equipment Qualifications

You'll need to have:

  • A computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS
  • A video camera for virtual meetings and interactions
  • High-speed internet (above 20mb/s) for reliable connectivity
  • A quiet home working space with a clean background for video calls and meetings

Salary

The salary for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your education, experience, and skill level.
