Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software
  • Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training and Q&A sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and sales managers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
