Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilizing active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, providing guidance and assistance to colleagues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Live Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Phone Support: Make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Call Quality Check: Call customers from prior day for quality check to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Maintenance Calls: Call maintenance customers and schedule visits to ensure that their needs are met.
- Promotional Calls: Call on customer list to offer promotions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Review Follow-up: Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that customer concerns are addressed and satisfaction is maintained.
- General Inbound Customer Service: Provide general customer service support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Conscientious and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
