As a Bilingual Banking Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your role will involve:

Fielding Customer Inquiries:

Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborating with Virtual Team:

Work closely with our virtual team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Tracking Call-Related Information:

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.

IT/Network Certifications/Degrees:

IT or network certifications or degrees are preferred but not required.

18 Years of Age or Older:

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.

Proven Call Center Experience:

A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.

Typing 25 WPM:

You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Ability to Work Independently:

You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.

Strong Listening Skills:
