Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Customer service or call center experience in an office setting
• Basic computer proficiency required
• A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently
• Multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Schedule/Pay

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

• Monday to Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am to 7:00pm
• Pay up to $16.18 per hour
