Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary duties will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
• Conducting outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments, qualify insurance leads, recruit patients, and set medical appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

• Webcam
• High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)

Compensation and Perks
