Job Summary
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate support to our customers, helping them navigate our financial services and products. You'll be responsible for analyzing loan applications, making payment arrangements, and answering customer inquiries, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide timely and accurate support to customers
- Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems
- Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively, listening to and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally
- Maintain a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism when speaking to customers
- Follow written and/or verbal instructions, working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
- Process card payments accurately and perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
- Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan, follow up with customers to clarify important points, and finalize loan details
- Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services, creating and renewing records as needed
- Identify customer needs, explore all options available to customers, and meet monthly individual goals as set by management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and change quickly with the needs of the company
- Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
- Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Preferred education and/or experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
Technical Skills
* Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking, and listening constantly
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote work after initial 1-week training period)
- Fully remote after initial 1-week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week)
