Job Summary

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers, establishing quality customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding revenue goals. You will be working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally. You will also be required to maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects in order to identify travel needs, present/explain arenaflex products, and make travel recommendations.

• Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary, in order to close sale and meet/exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers. Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database in order to identify client travel trends; Proactively and consistently seeks opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history.
• Acquires in-depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits, and other shipboard amenities.
• Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training in order to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers.
• Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred. Cruise sales a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally.

• Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven.
• Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required.

* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan.

+ M-Th & Sunday: 4am-1pm EST + M & Wed-Saturday: 5am-2pm EST + M-Wed, Fri, Sun: 6am-3pm EST + M, Tue, Thur, Sat & Sun (split shift): 6am-10am & 5pm-9pm + M, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun (split shift): 8am-12pm & 7pm-11pm

• You must be available to any possible schedule, you will be assigned an open schedule based on the needs of the company. Are you open to ANY possible hours above?
• Please note this is a Remote position but we are hiring only in East Coast states. Where are you currently located?
