Job Summary
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are documented and tracked
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing a clear and concise summary of the conversation
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and features
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- Gaming experience is helpful, but not required
Training and Requirements
* On-the-job training via Zoom, with a comprehensive program that covers our products, services, and customer service best practices
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
