Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service by being a good listener, empathetic, and proactive in resolving issues
  • Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest level of sensitivity and discretion
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first interaction by being patient, understanding, and proactive
  • Maintaining a constant working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions
  • Documenting and updating records in the required systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate English level with excellent communication skills
  • A polite and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes to understand their feelings or thoughts
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think positively and creatively
  • A proactive and confident attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems (training will be provided)

  • A 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend
  • The flexibility to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • A competitive salary of S/.1,700 + 15% variable + S/.40 internet bonus
  • Paid training from day one, with ongoing support and development opportunities
  • A range of available schedules from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off (48 hours per week)
  • A morning shift from 10:00am to 23:00pm, with regular breaks and time for self-care
