About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to join our DashPass team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth and quality initiatives that drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more, to build, launch, and scale new opportunities. Your expertise in strategy, operations, product, growth, and analytics will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth and quality initiatives that drive business success - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and scale new opportunities - Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on new support experiences, retention-driving programs, and other initiatives - Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on insights - Build products and launch plans from the ground up - Assess the operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on insights - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, analytics, finance, design, and more - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or related areas - Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models, and performance tracking - Track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional team environment - Ability to build overarching strategies and dive deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement - Bias toward action and a track record of leading initiatives that evolved a part of the business - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders - BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as the food delivery and logistics industry

Compensation and Perks
