Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Nicaragua. As a key member of our Associate & Organisation Sales department, you'll play a vital role in fostering connections with digital advertising companies that serve Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs). These agencies collaborate with arenaflex to resell and purchase our local products, driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Fostering a collaborative enterprise courtship between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising corporations, their advertisers, and other key stakeholders.
- Preserving a deep understanding of arenaflex's business, products, and partnership software to showcase their value to potential clients.
- Crafting consultative sales presentations to illustrate how arenaflex's marketing products can be applied to connect with customers.
- Leading training sessions to assist clients in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns.
- Continuously surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals assigned by management while contributing to team targets.
- Developing and managing partner relationships to ensure the surpassing of assigned dreams.
- Identifying new enterprise partnerships that align with arenaflex's partner compliance and meet revenue expectations.
- Charting out agency structure, discovering key decision-makers, budget owners, and the organization's decision-making process.
- Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
- Interacting with businesses regularly to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' wishes, and maintain arenaflex's partnership prominence.
- Collaborating harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients.
What It Takes to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of success in achieving revenue goals in a prior position.
- Experience working with marketers at government ranges.
- Familiarity with Pay Per Click marketing, an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability, openness to startup environments, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing, rapid-paced workplace.
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and a strong dedication to surpassing targets.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
