Job Summary

As a part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to our valued clients. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who can assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You'll communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
