The Role
As our Senior Director, Customer Growth - West Region, you'll lead a team of marketing strategists focused on delivering meaningful value for national and area customers in alignment with the West Region national and regional sales teams. You'll drive incidence and deliver mutual growth by leading, coaching, and building capabilities around our FSOP Coca-Cola Commitment. This is a player-coach role that requires building partnerships with top 20 customers and representing the perspective/voice of customers in the aggregate concerning how arenaflex brands and capabilities can best serve their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Align with West Region to set priorities across the customer portfolio and communicate these priorities to the CM team so that appropriate long and near-term focus is given based on the work that matters most across the region portfolio of customers.
- Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives with Top 20 West customers with the ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of their marketing needs.
- Lead the West marketing business planning process and assure that top 50 customers have a Beverage Strategy in alignment with the FSOP Collaborative Business Planning process (CBP).
- Actively participate in Sales routines, bringing the marketing lens and reporting back to appropriate CM teams to assure ongoing alignment between Marketing and Sales on how to deliver against customer needs and objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and advancing Directors and marketing strategists with a focus on building best-in-class marketing capabilities, bench strength, and growth.
- Model growth behaviors and lead a culture of empowerment that is focused on the development and motivation of individuals to achieve and sustain high performance.
- Serve as a key strategic link between the West and our Atlanta-based Customer Value and Growth organization to ensure we are collaborating effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
- 10+ years CPG experience, preferably with background/experience within Foodservice & On-Premise and/or in a Customer Marketing role in other industries/channels
- Proven experience leading and inspiring teams
- Location: Irvine, Denver, or Dallas preferred, West Coast
- Travel: Approximately 25-30%

Compensation & Benefits
* Pay Range: $211,000 - $238,400
- Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
- Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50
- Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 20
