Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents into the arenaflex computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compiling, verifying, and sorting data for processing, reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies in the data.
  • Ensuring the output is accurate and consistent, meeting high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll undergo a comprehensive one-week training program with our supervisor to ensure you're fully equipped to perform your role effectively. This training will cover:

  • Data entry procedures and best practices
  • Customer service skills and techniques
  • Time management and productivity strategies

Compensation and Benefits
