Job Summary

As an experienced full stack pharmacy technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, managing data entry and pharmacy operations, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under direct supervision.

• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
• Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a unique and delightful patient experience.
• Perform duties as assigned by pharmacy managers, personnel pharmacists, and store supervisors, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and allergy information.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations, including stock management and ordering.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred.

• Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting, with a focus on customer service and data entry.
• Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Proficient in computer applications, including pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy retail company.

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and data entry.
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software, including Meditech and Epic.
• Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) or registered pharmacy technician (RPhT).
• Experience with patient care and medication management.
