Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling high volumes of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and questions with empathy and expertise
  • Logging all calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily basis
  • Offering alternative solutions to resolve customer issues and retain satisfaction
  • Managing multiple duties at a time, including business transactions, customer account activation, and data entry
  • Delivering exceptional client service via telephone, demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar
  • Conducting detailed research to address customer inquiries and provide quality service
  • Preparing activity reports to track performance across our customer base
  • Tracking issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions from support teams
  • Completing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or accounting, with a proven track record of problem-solving and quick reaction times
  • A high school diploma or equivalency
  • Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Superior telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and web browsers (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely and efficient manner
