Customer Service Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to customer inquiries with empathy, understanding, and a solution-focused approach
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution
* Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
* Recording details of customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Developing rapport with customers through upbeat and positive interactions
* Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
Essential Qualities:
* Excellent customer service attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
* Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude
Qualifications:
* 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
* Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
* Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
