About the Role

As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing medical orders, managing workflow, and communicating with internal and external teams. You'll work independently, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Responsibilities

* Process medical orders using arenaflex's systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Work with physician's hand-written orders, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively
• Assist in managing the workflow of refills, new orders, and admissions, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external teams
• Communicate questions and clarifications to internal and external teams, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

* Proven experience in remote job settings, with a record of good job stability

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Quiet workplace and reliable internet access
• At least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and pharmacy management systems

• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Certification in a related field, such as Certified Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CCPS) or Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialist (CGPS)
• Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
