Role Overview We are seeking driven, well-connected professionals to join MyThorneAI as Education Partnerships Coordinators. This is a commission-based role focused on securing 4–6 week pilot program partnerships with schools and districts for our Summer and Fall rollout. This is NOT a passive role — this is for individuals who are confident in building relationships and opening doors within education systems. What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with school and district decision-makers
- (CTE Directors, Special Education Directors, Counselors, Administrators)
- Introduce MyThorneAI and position our pilot program opportunity
- Secure and help facilitate pilot program partnerships (4–6 weeks)
- Act as a liaison between MyThorneAI and school stakeholders
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product and curriculumCompensation Structure
- Commission-based pay tied to pilot program placements
- Additional bonuses for schools/districts that convert into long-term partners
- High earning potential based on performance
This role is best suited for individuals comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Ideal Candidate
- Background in education, workforce development, or school partnerships
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- CTE (Career & Technical Education)
- Special Education / Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
- School counseling or administration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing connections within school districts strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based role
