Growth Product Manager, Clinical Chemistry – REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle management for clinical chemistry assays, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing to maintain product availability and operational efficiency.
• Gather voice of customer (VoC) insights in partnership with Sales and Marketing to inform portfolio development strategies.
• Drive new product development efforts from concept to launch, expanding the product line with innovative solutions.
• Analyze financial performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide roadmap decisions and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the life sciences and clinical laboratory industry with a focus on portfolio management initiatives.
• Proficiency in complex analytics of portfolio financial performance and market analytics.
• Proven ability to lead and support projects with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strongly preferred: Bachelor’s degree in science or related field, and a Master’s in Business Administration with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD or advanced medical degree.
