Remote Medicare Sales Agent (1099) — Work From Home Up to $900 Sign-On Bonus
SIGN-ON BONUS — Earn up to $900 after completing onboarding! Complete Senior Benefits (CSB) is expanding and looking for motivated independent agents to sell Medicare plans remotely. This is a 1099 opportunity designed for agents who want flexibility, strong commission potential, and fast, consistent payouts. Get Paid Weekly
- $30 per hour of documented client engagement time (communicating on the company dialer).
Commission Structure:
- Earn $25 per Medicare application that is issued and paid. No chargebacks. Competitive compensation with reliable payouts
- Hospital Indemnity Plans: 25% commission level
- Life Insurance: 10% of AP (Annual Premium)
- No income cap – the harder you work, the more you earn
What You’ll Do:
- Sell Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans over the phone
- Work inbound and/or self-generated leads
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups
- Provide excellent client service throughout the enrollment process
