Position Overview We are hiring remote traders to trade U.S. financial markets including equities and options using firm capital. You will trade from anywhere with full access to professional-grade platforms, structured risk management, and a community of experienced traders to support your growth. Location: San Antonio, TX Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
- Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
- Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
- Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
- Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
- Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge
- Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post-trade analysis
- Independent, accountable, and committed to long-term trading development
- Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading
- Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus
Position Details
- 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance
- Keep 65% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you move up the firm's tiers
- Begin with up to $50,000 in firm-allocated buying power, scaling to $500,000+
- Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location
- Documented bi-monthly review process for capital and tier advancement
