We are opening a brand-new, independent outpatient infusion clinic in Westland, MI. Our mission is simple: to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable infusion services to our local community. Under the leadership of our Medical Director who is an active, practicing physician, we are building a small, collaborative team that values smooth daily operations and excellent patient support. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a part-time, fully remote telemedicine role. This position is administrative and protocol-driven, designed to support our day-to-day clinic operations and help us welcome new patients. Schedule & Growth: We are launching the clinic with a steady schedule of one day per week for a 4-hour block. As our patient base grows, we plan to steadily add more hours and days, offering excellent long-term growth potential for the right provider. In this role, you will not be diagnosing patients or formulating new treatment plans. Instead, you will follow established protocols to review pre-existing orders from referring physicians, conduct brief virtual introductory visits to officially onboard and establish new patients into our system, and provide remote availability for our on-site Registered Nurses (RNs) administering the infusions.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Onboarding: Conduct brief, welcoming telemedicine visits to officially establish new patients within our practice system.
• Order Review: Review and confirm pre-existing treatment orders provided by external referring practitioners before infusions begin.
• Clinical Collaboration: Serve as a remote resource for our on-site RNs, providing protocol-driven oversight and support during active infusion sessions if needed.
• Efficient Documentation: Maintain accurate, straightforward electronic medical records (EMR) regarding patient onboarding and chart completions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of Michigan.
• Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP).
• Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient infusion services, rheumatology, or a protocol-based clinical environment.
• Good communication skills, strong organizational habits, and comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMR software.
• A reliable internet connection and a private, professional remote workspace.

Experience:

• Nurse Practitioner: New graduates are welcome to apply
