Daily Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming chat requests from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving login, access, payment, and account-related questions with precision and care
  • Utilizing structured templates to maintain message accuracy and consistency
  • Escalating technical or unusual requests to the next tier for prompt resolution
  • Accurately tagging each interaction for tracking and reporting purposes

Pay & Scheduling Structure

Our pay and scheduling structure are designed to provide flexibility and opportunities for growth:

  • Initial pay: $25/hour
  • Eligible for $30–$35/hour after completing 30 quality-reviewed shifts
  • Work is scheduled through a dashboard system, allowing you to choose when and how long to work
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week is required, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week

Onboarding Timeline

Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that you're well-prepared to start working as an Online Chat Representative:

  • Complete a 2-hour self-paced training to familiarize yourself with our systems and processes
  • Participate in a chat simulation to practice your skills and receive feedback
  • First shift reviewed by QA to ensure you're meeting our quality standards
  • Begin live, paid work within 3–5 days of completing onboarding
