Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' customers receive top-notch support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chats, and emails, delivering fast, friendly, and professional assistance. You will also troubleshoot product and service issues, stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies, and collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
