Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assisting customers: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment: You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries as needed: You'll be responsible for scheduling service appointments and answering customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gathering and updating customer and vehicle information: You'll be responsible for collecting and updating customer and vehicle information, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives: You'll be the customer advocate, working to resolve issues and meet our clients' objectives.
  • Conducting outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up): You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, following a pre-designed script to provide service and sales follow-up.
  • Strictly adhering to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts: You'll be responsible for ensuring that we comply with all relevant laws and regulations, protecting our customers' privacy and rights.
