Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data into various systems and databases quickly and accurately, ensuring data integrity and quality by following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for errors or inconsistencies and resolving any discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Meeting daily or weekly data entry targets set by your supervisor, while working closely with the support team to troubleshoot any system issues or provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Organizing and categorizing documents for easy reference and retrieval, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborating with the support team to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, including typing, file management, and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and provide updates on work progress, with the ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace applications is an advantage.

Experience

While prior experience is not required, we welcome freshers and entry-level candidates to apply. Any previous experience in data entry or administrative work will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. This role offers freedom to set your schedule, making it ideal for students or individuals with other commitments. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required to maintain employment.
