Your Role

As a Remote Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing them with accurate and timely information, guidance, and support. Your primary objectives will be to: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may face in a professional and courteous manner. - Provide information, sales links, and discounts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with arenaflex's services and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
