Key Responsibilities

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring timely arrival and meeting our quality standards.
• Working with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Providing past-due notifications to suppliers, ensuring prompt action and minimizing delays.
• Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to meet material needs.
• Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Creating and updating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, ensuring transparency and visibility.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs.
• Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, providing support and guidance.
• Collaborating with internal divisions and suppliers to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity.
• Assisting Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
• Working with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
