Job Summary:

  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other relevant travel details
  • Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers
  • Utilize computer navigation and basic software applications to efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications
