Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. * Providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, ensuring that our members have a seamless entertainment experience. * Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring an optimal user experience, including setting up and managing their accounts. * Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Collaborating with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Residency: Must be based in the United States. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: + 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus). * Skills: + Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner. + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including arenaflex's internal systems.
