Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and work from the comfort of your home.   • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Educational Qualifications
