Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Liaison/Front Desk Receptionist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department in a professional, knowledgeable, and inviting manner
  • Greeting clients and potential applicants, and assisting them as needed
  • Linking calls to appropriate client schedules
  • Trouble-shooting discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Contacting caregivers and/or clients to investigate missed calls, phone number errors, overlapping shifts, late or missed calls, etc.
  • Assisting the Human Resources Department with applicant on-boarding as necessary
  • Performing various clerical duties, including scanning, emailing, copying, filing, etc.
  • Performing other functions and projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and internal colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Medical field or office experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Proficient with various HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
