Job Summary
As a Senior Representative, Customer Service - Fraud Prevention, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to resolve product, service, or billing issues. You'll also be responsible for selling targeted products and services, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and composed manner
- Build relationships with customers, anticipate their needs, and educate them on various customer preference options
- Comply with all arenaflex and risk management policies and procedures
- Create connections and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service
- Engage in team trainings and assist with operational duties
- Identify needs and make recommendations for quality improvement that creates perceived value to customers
- Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their top financial priorities and uncover products and solutions that will benefit them
- Meet or exceed sales goals by influencing customers to learn about products/services that will benefit them
- Participate actively in team meetings to help create a motivational environment
- Promote and adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws
- Share recurrent problems and identified trends by customer input
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 0+ years of experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, or a goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of risk management principles and procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
