Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You'll work in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently
• Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are processed and stored correctly

Physical Demands

* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
