Key Responsibilities
* Monitor real-time chat conversations during the following dates (estimations only): + Thursday, May 8, 2025 (hours vary, 5 hours) + Friday, May 9, 2025 (hours vary, 5 hours) + Monday, May 12, 2025 (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11 hours) + Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9 hours) + Wednesday, May 14, 2025 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9 hours) + Thursday, May 15, 2025 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9 hours) + Friday, May 16, 2025 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9 hours)
- Apply moderation guidelines with discernment, allowing for theological diversity while maintaining respect
- Address inappropriate content following established protocols
- Direct technical support issues to appropriate channels
- Document concerning interactions for the Customer Service team
- Collaborate with the event team via Slack for escalated situations
Moderation Approach
