Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Management Services, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling high volumes of calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues, including questions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Logging all calls in our call log database and reviewing call log activity on a daily basis.
- Offering alternative solutions to customers to retain their satisfaction.
- Handling business transactions in connection with the activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.
- Communicating with customers using web-based tools and demonstrating proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Making financial decisions to protect/collect revenues and adjusting customer accounts.
- Managing multiple duties at a time.
- Delivering exceptional client service via telephone.
- Conducting detailed research and addressing customer inquiries.
- Providing quality service by comprehending procedures and continued product knowledge.
- Entering data and customer service work on a daily routine basis.
- Preparing activity reports to track performance across our customer base.
- Tracking issues and ensuring timely delivery of solutions from support teams.
- Completing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or accounting role, with a focus on problem-solving and quick reaction times to ensure client satisfaction.
- A High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude and a productive, professional, and courteous manner.
- Superior telephone etiquette.
- Ability to accomplish tasks in the most timely and efficient manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
