  • Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic listener with the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
  • Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.

  • Proficient in using computer programs and technology.
