Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Utilizing current and emerging technologies to analyze trends and develop actionable recommendations for the leadership team
• Regularly applying data, statistical, and quantitative analysis to drive business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Developing and maintaining complex data models and algorithms to extract insights from large data sets
• Communicating results to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and external clients
• Working under moderate supervision to plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to data/text mining and analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in data science, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, finance, or economics

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis software and applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis software and applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
