Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of functions, including:
- Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport to gain a comprehensive understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
- Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
- Professionally interacting with high-profile passengers and partnering with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
- Participating in paid training with our highly knowledgeable and top-performing training department to develop your skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency.
- English proficiency, with other languages being a plus.
- Computer savvy and ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations.
- Effective communication skills and good listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment.
- Organized and logical thinker with the ability to make quick and rational decisions.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
