Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents or technical teams
  • Assisting with login issues, FAQs, and coupon assistance in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and updates to provide informed support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or live chat environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 4-hour shifts, 4 days a week
  • Availability to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms

  • Knowledge of technical products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
