As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to:
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Make decisions, problem-solve, and uphold an ethical standard
- Manage individual stress and composure
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- A designated workspace and reliable internet connection to work from home
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
